The company believes that the achievement of set calculable goals strongly depends on client satisfaction, constant improvement of processes as well as training and evolution of workforce:

The company produces and sells products living up to the clients’ requirements and expectations.

Concerning the quality of products and services, each department is accountable to the extent of its responsibility, since quality also originates from the skills of the people involved in sales, mock-up construction and final output production.

The personnel is constantly trained to adjust to the modern requirements of the market, the clients and the new products and to the improvement of the effectiveness of conducted processes as well as to the methods through which the goals set by the company can be achieved.

Company goals regarding effectiveness improvement of the implemented Quality Management System are annually set, tested and reviewed during the yearly review at the company’s quality council meeting. The company’s quality policy is reviewed and if necessary revised by the quality council.

The company commits to support with material means as well as workforce – if necessary – the quality goals set each time and make its quality policy and legal/regulating frame within which it has to operate known to the personnel.

Finally, the company requires everyone to actively contribute to the satisfaction of clients’ requests and the constant improvement of process effectiveness.
